Civil Guard officers in today, have proceeded in the town of Cieza in the arrest of a person suspected of a crime of disorderly conduct.
The incident occurred during the early hours of last July 28 when receiving a phone call on the CEPA in the Autonomous Community of Murcia in which an anonymous caller announced on behalf of ETA execution of an attack imminent in the barracks of the Guardia Civil de Cieza thereby creating great alarm.
Immediately after the terrorist alert was activated before the action protocol bomb threat, establishing a special security device and of course search engine and identification and location of the alleged perpetrators, mobilizing all necessary human and material resources .
After several hours of device it was found that the threat of placing an explosive device was false.
For these facts, we continued the investigation into the incident fully and to identify and arrest the alleged perpetrator.
The result of the research work of the agents and now that all the evidence needed during the morning, day 06, we proceeded to the arrest of a person identified as RGR, Spanish 48, a resident of the town of Cieza suspicion of a crime of disorderly conduct.
The detainee and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 4 of Cieza.
