Cieza City Council and the FAMU, organize an appointment to celebrate next Sunday, December 1 |
We only have a little more than a week to enjoy one of the appointments par excellence of the popular scene.
This will be the case on Sunday, December 1, within the framework of the XXX Half Marathon "Ciudad de Cieza" and XI 11.3km.
Solidarity, with departure and finish in the Corner of the Convent and scheduled start at 10: 00h.
It should be noted that, coinciding with the test, the III Solidarity Walk Against Cancer will be developed, approximately 5km.
and whose benefits will go to the Local Board of Cieza of the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
All this would be presented this Tuesday at the House Museum of Holy Week in cieza, with the assistance of the Councilor for Sports of the municipality, Carlos Semitiel, as well as the president of the Brotherhood Santa María Magdalena Joaquín Martinez, and the president of the Local Board from AECC, Juan Sánchez.
The appointment will once again have that renewed circuit, maintaining the strong points of the route, such as the riverside promenade and the city center, but also having a presence in urban areas, winning in company from the public, in addition to eliminating some parts of special hardness to achieve a more stable circuit, less demanding and much faster.
The solidarity character will also be present again, allocating one euro of each registration at 11.3km.

The registration period for the event is still open, organized by the Brotherhood Santa María Magdalena in collaboration with the Department of Sports of the Hon.

The cost of these is € 14 (€ 12 athletes with a FAMU, FTRM or FCRM license), with registration on the day of the test - provided they have bibs available - with a cost of € 18.
In the case of the solidarity march, the cost will be € 5.
The numbers and chip may be collected on the day of the test at the Paseo de Cieza, up to half an hour before the start, being mandatory to show the ID or identity document for collection.
There will be trophies to the first three classified in each of the established categories, both in the male and female section, as well as to the first three local runners, the first three of the Brotherhood - regardless of sex - and the most veteran runner and runner Arrived at the finish line.
One more year there will be important prizes for teams, receiving a trophy and Christmas basket the best club classified - taking into account the times of the first five runners of each club, having to be accredited with a federative license - as well as a Christmas basket to the club that qualifies the largest number of runners at the finish line counting the two distances - Half Marathon and 11km.
