The economic and financial plan drawn up to restore budgetary stability following the judgment of v6 will be submitted in full (14/07/2016)

According to a press release sent from the Department of Finance, the liquidation of Budget 2015 it highlighted the breach of budgetary stability and Rule of expenditure.

Breaches that were explained by the Judgment of the V6, which condemned the City to pay 5 million euros, so it closed the year with an unforeseen enforceable obligation and accounted for about 20% of the budget, which obviously anticipated that it would close the current financial instability.

From the Department of Finance it clarifies that as a result of improved earnings in the last months of 2015, there was an increase in revenue that lowered the forecast instability of 5 million euros (Judgment V6) to the final amount of 3,767,741.51 Euros, a figure that therefore the judgment proves that the V6 is the cause of instability, since in the absence would have closed in stability.

For all the above, Antonio Ignacio Martinez-Real commented "it is clear and obvious that we are facing a situation of cyclical instability, and non-structural, caused by a very burdensome single event such as the Judgment of the V6 which is an enforceable obligation 5 million euros. And in the context of the "cyclical instability" has drafted an economic and financial plan, fulfilling the directions of the Organic Law 2/2012 budgetary Stability plan which will be debated in plenary on July 18 at 12 hours. As the only corrective measure approving stable budgets for this year and next is proposed. the Plan contains the figures for chapters of revenue and expenditure for the year 2,016, which obviously coincide with the budget that is already written and complete and will be discussed shortly, and also contains a provision on the same terms for the year 2,017. "

In order to develop a plan that does not include cuts or elimination of services, has been decisive, besides being a cyclical and not structural instability, several factors;

as improved earnings in the last quarter of 2015, good situation far from the maximum of 75% set by law indebtedness and compliance in payment periods, being ours one of the municipalities of the region than before pay.

Finally, Antonio Ignacio Martinez-Real concluded by stating that "this is an important procedural step, required by law, so we hope to have the support responsible opposition, since the Plan will contribute to improving the situation, to restore stability and also it will take place without the need to adopt measures to eliminate services or carry out cuts.
