The PP of Cieza demands the councilman of We, Miguel Gual, to resign as patron of the Los Alamos Foundation for "deceiving" the Institution. The Deputy Secretary of Organization of the PP in Cieza, Fernando Tamayo complains to Podemos that (10/05/2017)

The deputy secretary of the Organization of the PP of Cieza, Fernando Tamayo, demanded today at a press conference that the councilman of We, Miguel Gual, resign as patron of the Los Álamos Foundation for "deceiving" this institution of a social nature.

It should be recalled that the president of the aforementioned Foundation and diplomat, José Luis Pardos, has accused the mayor of Cieza, Miguel Gual of having used this foundation to channel a grant from his own political party and that "contravenes the agreement of the Board Of the Patronage of said Foundation dated July 27, 2016, where Gual himself is the one who speaks at all times speaks of European Funds Feder "explained Tamayo.

The formation of Podemos in this municipality has "deceived" the Foundation Los Álamos with a donation that to Tamayo's court is "illegal and false" since "it comes from funds of the purple formation and not from the European Feder Funds as Defended at all times. "

Tamayo, who has been accompanied at this hearing by Deputy Secretary of Electoral of the PPRM, Joaquín Buendía, describes as "very serious" the events denounced by the president Los Álamos Foundation that has accused the councilman of "to deceive and use this Institution to Channel a subsidy from his own party ".

"Cieza's popular leader has regretted that it has finally been discovered that" it is our own political formation that funds the proposal presented by Miguel Gual, something that the Foundation rejects because they do not want to mix the Foundation with political formations. "

The vice-secretary of Organization of the PP of Cieza has expressed his displeasure because "now the councilor of the purple training tries to mask these 30,000 euros of subsidy as a prize or award and the reality is that it is about funding."

Likewise, Fernando Tamayo has read the bases of the "Impulsa" program that defends Somos and is financed by the public offices of this political formation through donations.

This program specifies the requirements of those who can participate in these subsidies in point 4.4 where it says that "the beneficiaries of the project that is selected will have to form an independent association of municipal councils and of We can and will not be able to occupy positions in The coordination bodies or the board of directors of the association ".

As stated yesterday by the president of the Foundation, in the words of Tamayo, "it is not clear that Gual has resigned from his position as vice president of the Los Álamos Foundation."

Tamayo has warned that "it is unbelievable that Miguel Gual did not know the decision of the employers being present at the Meeting dated July 2016, given his status as Vice President of the Foundation."

In this sense he has asserted that "the councilman of We have mixed his public and private responsibilities to obtain a subsidy of his party".

"We are faced with an irregular behavior and very little exemplary behavior of a representative of We can," has reproached Fernando Tamayo who argues that, once again, it is demonstrated that "the only welfare that persects We can is that of their public offices and their environment ideological".

He also said that "they are terrible managers of the public" and has criticized the absolute paralysis suffered by the municipality of Cieza since it governs the tripartite, but nevertheless, are very effective to meet their own needs.
