The Civil Guard clarifies two robberies in shops Cieza (27/10/2015)

The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed the operation 'Ãœberfall' research aimed at clarifying several robberies committed in public institutions of Cieza, culminating with the location and arrest a person attached to the alleged authorship of robbery with violence and intimidation.

The investigation began when the Civil Guard learned of the robbery perpetrated on a trade in the town of Cieza, as an individual, armed with a large knife, had agreed to steal violently cash register settlement.

The Civil Guards met with the victim, responsible at the time of the trade, for details of the theft and gather the necessary evidence to identify the offender.

The first information showed the suspect as a boy, young, strong complexion, wearing a balaclava and clothing dark, agreed to the establishment wielding a large knife with which he threatened the victim, although in no time He contacted her to avoid being identified by his voice.

When he tried to grab the cash register hit, allegedly with a kick to the clerk, to prevent it got in his criminal action.

He then fled on foot with his loot the place: a cash register with the daily collection.

The Civil Guard examined the establishment and consulted with local residents who may have seen the suspect fleeing the premises with the cash register.

The information obtained was crucial to find that, not far from the establishment assaulted, the robber had left a vehicle that fled after committing the theft.

Parallel investigations concluded that, moments before, a person of similar physical characteristics had tried to rob another commercial establishment of the town, although in this case, I was frustrated with the cooperation of neighbors that prevented the theft.

The detainee and the proceedings have been submitted to the Court of 1st Instance and Instruction No. 2 of Cieza (Murcia), who has ordered remand in prison.
