The regional collective Artists & Point has announced in a press release, starting Thursday, will put tickets on sale through a donation of $ 5 to attend the 5th of September to the first festival town of Cieza song "CIEZAFESTIVAL 2008."

Proceeds from the festival go to benefit the new parish of Santa Clara and Caritas Social Centre de Cieza.

In the show, taking place after 21.30 pm in the auditorium Gabriel Celaya, soloists take part modern music throughout the Region of Murcia and the Balearic Islands.

Collaborate in this initiative the Department of Culture and Youth of the Municipality of Cieza and Cajamurcia Foundation.

The conference, whose bases are available in www.ciezafestival.es states that may participate young people aged between 16 and 30.

The three best performers chosen by the jury will be 700, 500 and 350 euros.

The singers, dance groups and bands to the festival are:

SONG:

Angie Alcázar (Las Lumbreras), Sergio Oliva (Sewell), Jorge Garcia (Villena), Maryan Frutos (Murcia), Lina Bledsoe (Cieza), Danny Lewis (Balearic Islands) and Aylen (Islas Baleares).

DANCE:

José Antonio Saints "El Califa" (Cieza), Group Rociero del Segura (Cieza), Cultural Association of Spanish Dance (Cieza) and Gym Kenwa (Cieza).

BANDS:

Bugle and Drum Band "San Juan Bosco" (Cieza) and Bugle and Drum Band "Sacred Heart" (Cieza).
