Two teachers from IES Los Albares awarded by the Ministry of Education (09/02/2010)

This contest, one of the most important educational nature of our region, aims to encourage the creation of curricular materials that address various aspects of the Autonomous Community of Murcia, rewarding the best of those presented with a not inconsiderable financial support and with the publication , by the Ministry of Education, award winning materials.

These publications are then sent to all schools in the region for use in the classroom.

The IES teachers Albares Bastida Joaquin Gomez and Arellano Florentín Mules have earned on this occasion the third prize (second prize) in the form of Bachelor with his work "The Ricote Valley", which made a tour of the physical geography and human in this corner of the region, trying to get students from the knowledge we already have on Geography, build with them much of the contents of the teaching unit and discuss the current situation in the valley.

It should be noted that teachers of IES Los Albares are probably the biggest winners that have won awards in the entire region.

Thus, Joaquina Abenza and Florentín Mulas in the first edition were second in the ESO form, repeating position, but this time in the form of high school, in the second edition.

In this edition Francisco Vázquez, accompanied by most of his family, he got the first prize in the Primary.

And now, the fourth edition, has won the third prize mentioned.
