A new office of the Tax Agency of the Region of Murcia in Cieza will allow citizens to make their arrangements without having to move, thanks to an agreement signed today between the Community and the City Council of the town.

Through the new office, the Community will provide all assistance services to the citizen derived from the management of the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE), the Tax on Patrimonial Transfers and Documented Legal Acts and the Tax on Inheritances and Donations, as well as the management of traffic fines and executive collection.

The Minister of Finance, Fernando de la Cierva, and the Mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas, reported today this new public service, "an example of collaboration between administrations that come together to make life easier for taxpayers, in this case, they will avoid having to travel from Cieza to Murcia to fulfill their tax obligations or to do their paperwork, "de la Cierva said.

The municipal office of the regional Tax Agency will start operating before the end of the year and will have three customer service positions.

In it, the ciezanos may also consult information on registered collections, notifications of receipts and debts in the executive period, as well as domicile receipts, request duplicates and request bonuses, exemptions, resources, deferrals or fractionation of debts.

For the payment of the IAE, taxpayers may request in this office the Personalized Payment Plan (PPP) for periodic collection receipts, consisting of payment in 12 installments without interest of the set of receipts with monthly charge in your bank account and shipping Free of the supporting documents.

In addition, the ciezanos that acquire a property or a vehicle will be able to realize here all the fiscal procedures, as they are the taxes on transmissions patrimonial and legal acts documented.

For this, the office will have an assistance service to complete the models of tax declaration of real estate.

The Minister of Finance stressed the "will of the regional government to support the local administration, making available the material, human and financial means necessary to improve tax management in the municipalities."

With the secondment of Cieza, 32 municipalities are already attached to the tax management system through the regional Tax Agency, 24 of which participate fully and eight only in executive collection.

To this 16 communities of irrigators, four mancomunidades, nine entities of the public sector of the Community and three state organisms are added.

All these procedures are available to taxpayers in a telematic way on the Internet portal of the Tax Agency http://agenciatributaria.carm.es/, and in the electronic headquarters of the Autonomous Community https://sede.carm.es .
