Recently, the Ayto de Cieza has received notification from the Second Chamber of the TSJ that dismisses the appeal filed and confirms the Judgment issued by the Contentious-Administrative Court.
Said Sentence, condemns the Consistory to return the 600,000 euros paid in their day by Cieza Golf, in addition to the corresponding interests.
It was in 2006, when the previous municipal government of the PP signed an urban agreement with Cieza Golf without a report from the Hydrographic Confederation of Segura to guarantee water resources, this being the main reason for declaring the nullity of the agreement.
