A total of 211 unemployed, preferably agricultural contingents, have been hired for a period of three months in Cieza through the Regional Employment Councils.
The Employment Office of the municipality has already begun to notify these incorporations to the beneficiaries, who will start working from next October 1.
The Director General of the Employment and Training Service (SEF), Severa Gonzalez, visited the Employment Office of Cieza today, which serves about 4,000 users, and stressed that "this significant number of hiring will significantly boost employment of the workers of the agricultural sector, in a period of low season for this activity ".
The district councils program has the collaboration of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) and seeks to promote rural employment through subsidies to local corporations for hiring workers.
These people, registered as unemployed in the SEF, go on to carry out projects of general and social interest for three months, such as the preparation of urban roads or agricultural maintenance tasks.
