After more than 8 years of cuts and waiting lists for the receipt of aid from the Dependency System: Caregivers and dependents will see their rights recovered with the funding included in the General Budgets of 2018.

An important item can make the Autonomous Communities face the Dependency Law in an effective way, after reversing the cuts imposed by the Popular Party governments.
An important boost to dependence, revitalizing the system both with caregivers and for remuneration.
More than 100,000 new citizens will be able to access the dependency system if the new budgets of 2019 are approved. These will increase up to 15% the benefits received by citizens who are admitted to it.
Since, after the cuts of the previous governments, the aid did not allow to be able to have in conditions to the people who worked taking care of the dependents.
Socialist sources affirm that betting on the fourth pillar of the Welfare State, the System of Dependency, is to develop the dignity of those people who need support from third parties to have a full life.
In addition, not only collaborates with the dependents but, with the increase in benefits, we guarantee that the caregivers can contribute to the Social Security System and guarantee a decent pension in the future.
