Podemos Cieza wants to announce the next presentation of a project for the construction of houses for rent that entail the cheapening of prices in the municipality and facilitate access to rental housing.
It is a need that does not address ideologies and that is why we invite all those groups that feel involved or want to provide solutions to the problem to participate in its development.
Perhaps many do not want to understand our proposal and place it on the plane of occurrence, or pretend to give it the prejudiced intention of paying some and benefiting others.
Nothing is further from our purpose.
We propose an investment of ciezanos to increase the supply of rental housing at reasonable prices, recovering our investment in approximately 12 years and obtaining long-term benefits without losing ownership.
We believe that even the most liberal of the place will give us the reason that this is how the mind of an investor works.
We would never think of buying anything for € 6 and selling it for € 1, we hope that no party will try to sell us the benefits of this type of operation.
