From Podemos Cieza, we want to call for massive citizen participation in the elections of 26M, which are what will give us the government teams of our city, the government of the Community and the deputies who go to Europe to defend us from the policies of cuts and "austericide" that AFFECT us, agrarian, labor policies, etc ... and that is why it is so important that parties like Podemos are in the European Parliament, to defend our rights as a country, that they do not wrinkle when there is that curb policies against people.
A massive participation will be able to stop the rights (PP-Cs-Vox) as it did in the Generals, although in Cieza it was not exactly an example of what happened in the rest of Spain.
Of course, municipal elections are not like the general elections, because now, apart from the ideological aspect, they are the programs of what is wanted to be done in our town, the people who have to start it and what has already been done in the town by the parties. , those that most influence.
Podemos came to politics just 5 years ago, and in such a short time we have broken the existing political board for more than 30 years of bipartisanship, and that is a fact.
And that we have done with normal people (we are not "politicians" to use), with people without any intention of doing "political career" as others have done (the example of Teodoro García del PP is a book), and that is why we are legit.
We have been in the municipal government of Cieza for the past 4 years, and we were the key to throwing the PP of the government ciezano after more than a decade of misgovernment, corruption, cronyism, nonsense and mismanagement, and as a test of cotton those more than 4 million euros of plectrum that left us all ciezanos.
In addition, Podemos Cieza has been in the most social decisions of the government and made in our councils, an excellent job (Transparency, New Technologies, Museums and Crafts), as anyone can check beyond partisan colors.
Hence, one of our motto is We are Necessary.
Even so, we echo one of the dangers that loom over these elections of the 26th in Cieza, and as in the famous 1940 film by John Ford: "The Grapes of Wrath", it could happen that a force that is against autonomy, immigration, women and their rights, all who are different (homosexual, lesbian, trans, ...), who vindicate Franco and his generals, VOX, could be the key of a government of the right (PP-Cs-CCCi).
and that this "obligates" us to be "expelled" from our rights and the progress made during the last legislature, as was that peasant family of the film that was expelled by the owners of the lands in which they lived and worked , and were forced to a long trip to California in search of work, with misery and discrimination as a background.
And then there are those of CITIZENS, which we already see how they are played in Andalusia, lowering taxes to the rich and raising them to others, and saying "I say" when they said "Diego" before.
We make a clear and decisive appeal to women, young people, pensioners, dependents, men of progress and workers in general, to fill the ballot boxes, and remember that there is no longer march back, also vote for all those who can not do it but dreamed a future for Cieza without returns to the past, with rights and freedoms, with participation and transparency, and if they also want to make history in Cieza, so many times mistreated with bad News and anachronisms, have a woman from Cieza, committed, with municipal, feminist and close experience, PILAR MARTÃNEZ, to head the town hall, with an MAYOR to make that story that we deserve.
