The sessions, which will take place on November 8, 15 and 22, will be taught by professionals from the Kiai Martial Arts and Physical Improvement Center.
The City Council of Cieza, through the Department of Women and Equality, has organized a free self-defense course for women in prevention of sexist violence that is part of the commemorative program of November 25, International Day Against Gender Violence .
These are self-protection sessions aimed at women who want to improve their attitude, self-confidence and security in situations of sexist violence.
Classes will be taught November 8, 15 and 22, by monitors from the Kiai Martial Arts and Physical Improvement Center.
The purpose is to train the students of the course to acquire a series of security measures to avoid risks and have the ability to resolve the possibility of aggression.
To attend it is necessary to register previously in the premises of Kiai School, at number 2 of León Felipe Street.
