Neither aid, nor the availability of premises or the actions carried out during the year.
What manages to increase personal satisfaction and that a neighbor feels fulfilled in their association is social interaction.
And of all the associated people, who feels more satisfied?
Those who carry out their work in social utility entities.
This has been one of the most repeated comments in the III Associations Fair, promoted by the Department of Citizen Participation, which has been echoed by the portal cieza.es.
According to the answers of the consulted associations, the members of groups with a clear function of social utility in Cieza are those who affirm with greater frequency that their work makes them feel good.
What most value those who play it is being able to help others.
El Paseo hosted this Sunday the third edition of the Associations Fair, a meeting space in which relations between groups and entities that make up a strong, unique and tireless associative fabric such as Cieza's are renewed.
On the one hand, the event announces to the citizens the activity of each participating association, as well as fostering mutual knowledge between them, and, on the other, it enables neighborhood relations by offering a day full of activities.
Illusion and work allied again to fill a social engagement with an appointment that reissued the success of the public of previous editions.
The Councilor for Citizen Participation, Conchi Villa, faces her first year with a largely consolidated fair format of her predecessor, Nerea Martínez, with the participation of thirty organizations and, above all, with the will to project her altruistic work and generous towards citizenship.
For now, the head of this municipal area shares the need to implement a training plan in the area of association management that, in his words, "will be worked over next year."
It is about citizen participation training for local associations.
Undoubtedly, the enthusiasm of the participating associations and volunteers, with their selfless dedication, was spread to all those who decided to support this great association party with their presence.
Throughout the day, and uninterrupted hours from eleven in the morning to seven in the afternoon, the programming of activities parallel to the exhibitors was developed such as musical performances, workshops, live demonstrations and crafts for children.
But, above all, this is a fair with a vocation for dissemination and a great showcase for associations, a factor that was highlighted throughout the day.
Accompanied by several councilors of his government team and the Corporation, Mayor Pascual Lucas went to the entrance of the enclosure, where he was received by the municipal head of Citizen Participation.
After touring the booths and greeting the people who attended them, the councilor concluded the visit, which highlighted the valuable associative capital that Cieza has represented at the fair and encouraged the associations there to continue doing their work with the greatest dedication, effort and enthusiasm.
A generous and rich work that has ensured its continuity thanks to the involvement of young people.
