In the next few days, two important dates are commemorated, World Disability Day on December 3 and World Volunteer Day on December 5.
The Department of Social Welfare of the City of Cieza, whose head is Melba Miñano Bleda, joins this commemoration pointing out the importance of the work of both groups.
"Cieza, is a solidarity city, which demonstrates it through the associative activity of its population."
Therefore, a series of activities aimed at giving visibility to this work in both the group of people with disabilities and volunteering have been programmed.
Programming:
* Radio programs cycle: Monday 25, Tuesday 26 and Thursday 28 November, disability associations will carry out interventions on local radios.
* Saturday November 30.
In the corner of the convent at 6:30 p.m.
Reading of the manifesto by the Downcieza Association and recognition of the 2019 volunteer. Enlivened by Anfri DJ.
* Tuesday, December 3: Signa Musica.
Song "Dance" of Rozalen.
Organized by the Cieza Children's Network, the educational centers of the municipality will participate.
* Monday, December 16: Theater play "The Little Mermaid" performed by the students of the Special Education Center "The Good Shepherd" and the users of the Occupational Center of ASCOPAS.
