The Department of Youth has wanted to respond to the requests and needs of young people who are in this period offering new spaces where they can prepare their subjects.
Therefore, the City Council will offer alternative places of study and extension of schedules, such as the Municipal Library, which, from December 14 to January 19, will open on Saturdays from 09.00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., except Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Year.
In addition, a provisional study room has been set up at the Géneros de Punto Cultural Center from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In addition to these improvements, from the council the interested parties are reminded that there are two rooms in the municipality for this purpose with uninterrupted hours, that is, 24 hours, every day of the year, which are those of the Juan José Angostos pavilion and the hall Miguel Delibes, in the street of the Courtesy.
For her part, the responsible councilor, Marta Sánchez Buitrago, explained that "I am aware that young people need adequate and well-equipped places to develop their daily and intensive study habits.
