The Department of Women and Equal Opportunities has taken stock in a press release on "broad participation in organized activities on the occasion of the commemoration of the International Day against Gender Violence in our municipality."

Likewise, the aforementioned sources stand out "the work and effort of the different educational centers of our town in which activities have been developed during these days to work with students to eliminate gender violence among the youngest, education being the main weapon against this social scourge that, today, continues to take the lives of women. "
