The Councilor for Social Policies and Women, Melba Miñano, begins negotiations with the CARM Director General for the creation of this service.
This meeting point will facilitate the delivery and collection of children under regime of visits with their fathers and / or mothers in conflict situations and with special difficulties for the fulfillment of resolutions.
María José García Méndez, General Director of Women and Gender Diversity, was received by the councilors in the government of the City Council of Cieza Melba Miñano and Concepción Villa, which was also attended by another member of the municipal corporation Óscar Verdejo.
After receiving the general director of the Murcian executive, the edilas of Social Policy and Citizen Participation, Miñano and Villa, respectively, led the working meeting held, in which the technical staff of the Department of Women and Equality also participated.
At the aforementioned meeting, among other topics discussed, the first contacts were established between the regional and local administration.
After the work table, a visit was made to the premises of the Telephone of Hope in Cieza, which is being considered as a possible PEF headquarters, joining this visit responsible for the aforementioned association in Murcia.
