The Department of the Elderly will open its spring sociocultural programming with the 'Termalismo en La Manga'.
The Termalismo Program of the City Council of Cieza has as a general objective to improve the quality of life of its beneficiaries, but also contributes to improving the health of the attendees, reducing assistance to medical centers, reducing the consumption of pharmaceutical products, improving physical fitness , improve the mood and enhance social relationships as well as avoid isolation and loneliness.
This program is an instrument to promote active and healthy aging among the elderly population of Cieza.
The registration period is open since last Monday and more than forty people have already reserved their place to participate in the aforementioned Thermalism program in La Manga del Mar Menor, which this year will take place from March 29 to April 3 in the 4 * Entremares Hotel.
Thanks to the collaboration between the City Council and the management of the Hotel Entremares, participants in the program will be able to access a package offered by this full-board establishment with free buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks included, open bar from 11 to 19 hours in the cafeteria, unlimited access to the heated pool of the hotel complex with gymnastics sessions in the water, also including two accesses to the Carthaginian hot springs, another two to the Welnes & Spa wellness circuit + a wrap and a Hydrojet massage.
The price per person in a double room amounts to 210 euros.
