The signing of the Framework Agreement signed between the City of Cieza and the Regional Federation of Metal Entrepreneurs of Murcia (FREMM) has resulted in the training program that will be developed with this entity in 2020 for the first time, being of interest for our population.
This training offer is aimed at young unemployed, unemployed in general and long-term unemployed, with a maximum number of 15 students per course.
It has a transport grant and is fully funded by the Employment and Training Service.
These training actions have certificates of professionalism, and are completed with an internship module in companies, with which students will increase their training and improve their personal development while completing their training.
The training offered by this organization to start the year, includes different training activities of professional families, Transportation and Maintenance, Energy and Water, Electricity and Electronics, Mechanical Manufacturing and Commerce and Marketing.
It is necessary to indicate that the courses are within the demands collected from the rounds of visits established by the Local Development Dynamization Plan (PdDL), "betting on a consented formation, that is, oriented to what is demanded by local companies" .
Finally, it is necessary to note that the metal sector in the Region represents 10% of its Gross Domestic Product.
