The Department of Women and Equal Opportunities reports on the start of three self-esteem workshops aimed at women to strengthen their self-esteem, improve their emotional health, provide tools for overcoming family problems or conflicts, etc.
This workshop is being taught at the Headquarters of the Telephone of Hope in Cieza and will consist of five two-hour sessions, taught by volunteer professionals from the Telephone of Hope itself.
This is a broad activity developed in collaboration with the CAVI de Cieza and the General Directorate of Women and Gender Diversity of the Ministry of Women, Equality, LGTBI, Families and Social Policy of the CARM, being financed with funds from the Covenant of State against Gender Violence.
The sessions have started with a small introductory talk and presentation of the women participating in this workshop.
There have been different dynamics of relaxation, self-knowledge, etc.
