One more year, the Floración tourism project fulfilled this Friday with the official inauguration: a great show has been experienced and has served to release new proposals.
'The street in pink' did something amazing that obliged the cezanos to reflect on the full potential of this tourism project that has not yet been exploited.
The initiative was a burst of color and music in the Callejón de los Frailes, in the section between the Corner of the Convent and the Buen Suceso street.
It was the occasion to take advantage of these two hundred and peak meters of pedestrian zone.
The street gained warmth at night, when the special pink lighting was turned on and began playing the jazz band 'Big-Band' composed of teachers from the Conservatory of Music Maestro Gomez Villa.
A perfect amalgam with which to celebrate the beginning of the beautiful natural cycle of fruit trees.
This vision of a piece of flowering, as is this urban space, brings a new perspective.
It expands the area dedicated to the project promoted by the City Council of Cieza in the center of the city with the installation of special lighting, which follows the line of illuminating the most symbolic buildings of the municipality.
And it is that the charms of Cieza go much further.
Because the municipality has undergone a major change in its physiognomy.
"How beautiful it is!" Is the usual comment of most of the neighbors.
It doesn't matter where you are, just what you see around you.
Intense hours of leisure, which Cezanos and visitors can extend as far as they want, as they prefer.
With live music and friends, on the street or in the best places.
Because there are things that only happen in Bloom: more than fifty proposals and endless leisure possibilities await.
The City Council of Cieza - aware of this potential - has turned again with the programming that will serve to increase the interest of Cezanos and visitors for Flowering 2020. Transversal to the whole general tourist offer is the gastronomic one, with the SaborArte Fair.
This whole approach would not be possible if the population did not actively participate.
These were some of the ideas launched by the Councilor for Tourism, Antonio Moya, during the official opening accompanied by the councilors of Celebrations, Culture, Museums, Youth and Sports, María Jesús López, Melba Miñano, Conchi Villa, Marta Sánchez and Carlos Semitiel respectively.
Among the public was the mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas, and the mayor of the Municipal Corporation Antonio Montiel, María Turpín, Laura Villa and Francisco Martínez.
