Among the activities that can be enjoyed from March 5 to 8 at the "Saboarte" gastronomic fair is "SABOARTE PARA LOS SENTIDOS", a gastronomic promotion project also framed within the agenda of activities of La Floración de Cieza, in the which is intended to give visibility to people with disabilities in the gastronomic field.
This time it will be chefs Julio Velandrino (Taulla Restaurant by Julio Velandrino) and José Antonio Bernal, chef with down syndrome, who will delight in a very special showcooking under the name of inclusive dinner.
The event will take place on Thursday, March 5 at 8:00 p.m. at the fairground of the Plaza de España in Cieza.
An event designed for all, and whose objective is to give visibility to the capabilities of this group and encourages to take it into account in tourism / gastronomic promotions, since much has been done today to remove barriers allowing accessible tourism , but had never focused in this way in the field of gastronomic promotion of the Region.
