The Ministry of Health has published a guide of good practices for return to work.

In a press release, the councilor for Health and Public Health of the City of Cieza, Francisco Saorín, has published a decalogue of good practices on return to work based on the guide prepared by the Ministry of Health.

In the first place and as far as possible, it is recommended not to use public transport, such as a bus to go to work.

If it cannot be avoided, there must be a minimum distance between people of two meters.

Likewise, if you walk, bike or motorbike to work, it is not necessary to wear a mask, but you must keep the interpersonal distance when walking on the street.

If you take a taxi, only one person should travel for each row of seats, maintaining the greatest possible distance between the occupants.

Furthermore, the tasks and work processes must ensure that the safety distance of approximately 2 meters is guaranteed in the common areas of the work center.

The entrance work should be organized in a staggered way to avoid crowds at the entrance to the work centers.

In those companies or establishments open to the public, measures must be implemented to minimize contact between workers and clients or the public.

Also, the use of a mask is recommended during commuting and when working with other people around.If a worker begins to notice symptoms, he should notify his colleagues and superiors, taking extreme precautions for both social distancing and hygiene while you are at the workplace and you should immediately contact the company's occupational risk service, your primary care physician or the telephone number for COVID-19 in the Autonomous Community. Periodic ventilation tasks must be carried out in the facilities and, at least, daily and for five minutes. It is also recommended to keep the temperature of the workplace between 23 and 26º C. Finally, in the case of uniforms or similar, they will be bagged and closed, and will be transferred to the point where the usual washing is done;

A full cycle wash is recommended at a temperature between 60 and 90 degrees. To conclude, Saorín wanted to remember that "this pandemic must be overcome by all, public administrations with effective health care for the population and citizens rigorously complying with the advice and measures that the Ministry of Health has been advising us since the beginning of the crisis generated by COVID-19 ".
