Municipal sources of the Cieza City Council report that both the Civil Guard and the Local Police continue to carry out daily controls throughout the municipality to ensure strict compliance with the law.The Civil Guard and the Local Police have imposed a total of 860 sanctions in the municipality of Cieza for noncompliance with the regulations established in the decree that enables the state of alarm throughout Spain due to the exceptional situation that the country is suffering through fault of the health crisis caused by covid-19.Both from the Consistory and from both bodies, citizens are reminded that the controls will continue to be applied rigorously to avoid infractions against the state of alarm and will continue to be imposed.The City Council is strongly requested to continue respecting the departure time slots that have been announced by the Administration for the de-escalation process.RULES:- No person with symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or who is in quarantine will be allowed to leave the home, nor will children or adolescents.- The hours established for each activity and age bracket are as follows:.

Boys and girls under 14 years of age, accompanied by a responsible adult, of legal age, who currently lives with the boy or girl in the home or is a domestic employee in charge of the minor, the hours allowed will be from 12:00 to 19:00 hours, for one hour and in an environment of about a kilometer away from the home..

Dependent people and people over 70 years old, from 10:00 a.m.
