With this advance, new flexibilities in social and economic life are added, such as the extension of hours for sports and walks, the possibility of meeting with family or friends of up to 15 people, the opening of swimming pools or visits to residences under strict conditions and as long as there is no contagion in them.Through a press release, the councilor for Health and Public Health of the City of Cieza, Francisco Saorín, has reported what is allowed with the entry of this phase II or intermediate de-escalation.Thus, the councilor explained that the maximum number of groups is extended to 15 people, as long as the appropriate security and protection measures are maintained, and there are no time slots to carry out the walks.Also, in restoration there are new advances: the interior space of the premises will be opened with a capacity limit of one third, separation guarantees and only for table service.
As for the terraces, they maintain their maximum capacity of up to 50%.
There will have to be a minimum distance of two meters between the tables and the client groups will have a maximum of 15 people.
In addition, the tables will have to be disinfected between one client and the other, and common cards and napkin holders cannot be used.On the other hand, the opening of cinemas, theaters, auditoriums and similar spaces is allowed with a preassigned seat and a capacity limit of one third.
Also, visits to monuments and cultural facilities such as exhibition rooms, conference rooms with a third of the usual capacity will be possible.Also, cultural shows can be held with less than 50 people in closed places with a third of the capacity and outdoors they will be possible when they gather less than 400 people as long as they are seated.As for places of worship, they must limit their capacity to 50% and the wake will be for a less limited number of family members, with protocols for physical distance and security.
In this case, they will have a limit of 25 people in outdoor spaces and 15 in closed spaces.In the sports field, in phase 2 the "basic training in federated non-professional leagues", the "total training in professional leagues" and the reopening of professional championships "through closed-door matches or with limited capacity, which can be broadcast ".
Also, shows and activities can be held outdoors with limited capacity and in sports facilities in closed spaces without public.Also, the recommendation to promote teleworking is maintained "whenever possible".
In companies, shops and centers, hydroalcoholic gels or disinfectants must be accessible, and soap and water if this is not possible.
The safety distance between employees must be guaranteed, also in public areas, and, if this cannot be done, adequate protective equipment must be available.Finally, another aspect that has highlighted the mayor of Health and Public Health is the opening of shopping centers and parks, without using the common areas, with a capacity that does not exceed 40%.
Open-air markets expand their capacity of stalls to a third.Saorín concluded by recalling that, although progress is being made in controlling the pandemic, the new opening of phase II "does not have to lead us to raise our guard and we must continue with the recommendation to keep the distance of two meters, the use of masks when we cannot keep that distance and the frequent washing of hands with soap and water or the use of hydroalcoholic gels ".
