"The purpose of the Order is to alleviate the economic and social impact of Covid-19 on those people who are in a situation of economic vulnerability," he said.Saorín explained that natural persons who meet all of the following requirements will be able to access the aid summoned by the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure of the CARM: a) that all the people who live in the home have legal residence in Spain (Spanish, citizens from the EU or foreigners with residence permits) and b) that the person obliged to pay the rent becomes unemployed, in an ERTE, reduced income due to being a caregiver or, as an entrepreneur, has had a "substantial loss of income".Regarding the income limits of the family unit in the month prior to the request, it is established at 1,613.52 euros, which will be increased by 0.53784 euros for each child in charge of the family unit and at € 0.80 for each child in single-parent families.
If there is a member in the family unit with more than 33% disability, dependency or illness that permanently disables them for work, the limit will be 2,151.36 euros.
And, 2,689.20 euros "in the event that the person obliged to pay the rent is a person with cerebral palsy, mental illness or intellectual disability, with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, or person with physical or sensory disability, with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 65 percent,as well as in cases of serious illness that permanently renders the person or their caregiver incapable of carrying out a work activity, duly accredited.Likewise, the Order establishes "that the rent, plus the basic expenses and supplies of the dwelling, is greater than or equal to 35 percent of the net income received by all the members of the family unit."Regarding its duration, the aid may correspond to a period of six months maximum, and may be included as the first monthly payment for the month of April 2020; and the applications for the aid will be presented by the people obliged to pay the rent for housing rental before the General Directorate of Housing of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, "only through the Single Electronic Register, accessible at the electronic address www .sede.carm ".With regard to the documentation to accompany the application, a) "a complete copy of the current lease with the express inclusion of the means and method of payment to the lessor" is required; b) "supporting documentation for the payment of the last three monthly rent payments"; c) "proof, by means of a bank receipt or payment by bank transfer of the last updated payment of basic expenses and supplies."
