| At the work meeting, the municipal officials have thanked the hospital and the Primary Care centers for the work done during the covid-19 pandemic | The mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas, and the delegate councilor for Health and Public Health, Francisco Saorín, held a cordial working meeting with the manager of Health Area IX, Carlos Arenas, on Wednesday at the facilities of the Hospital de La Vega Lorenzo Guirao.At the meeting, both leaders thanked the entire Health Area: hospital and Primary Care centers, for the work carried out during these months of hard work by health workers and auxiliary personnel in their fight against the pandemic caused by covid-19, highlighting the "good work and professionalism of all health personnel, doctors, nurses and caretakers, administrative and cleaning and maintenance services, who have put all their efforts that our municipality has been affected at low levels."On the other hand, the municipal officials have highlighted the "excellent collaboration and the permanent open line of information between the management of Area IX of Health and the City Council of Cieza, which has undoubtedly benefited the city and its inhabitants.In addition, once in phase III and with the hope and confidence of the prompt entry into the new normality, both the mayor of Cieza and the councilor for Health and Public Health have requested the essential collaboration and advice of health professionals regarding to measures to adopt in this new time, especially to avoid possible outbreaks of the dreaded viral infection.Finally, the municipal officials have highlighted the line of work developed by the Cieza City Council during these months, always advised by experts, because, "far from generating concern among the neighbors, our obligation we have always understood that it was and is to ensure the well-being of the ciezanos, and that these could save the confinement with the least possible affectation in their health and with the attention of their representatives in the economic and social needs that this unknown situation, until now, has caused in the whole world ".
