| The detainee is attributed the alleged responsibility of the theft of money, mobile phones, various telephony items, jewelry, watches and textile material | A high-end mobile and other objects stolen from a house in San Just Desvern have been recovered (B)The detainee, allegedly, took advantage of the fact that his mother worked in the house to make a copy of the keys and thus gain easy access to steal valuablesThe Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the Local Police of Cieza, has developed the 'Ganavta' operation, an investigation framed in the 'Plan against theft in homes', which has resulted in the identification, location and arrest of the alleged perpetrator of a crime theft at a home in San Just Desvern (Barcelona), in which objects of considerable economic value were stolen.The Benemérita Citizen Security Prevention officers opened the operation at the beginning of the month when a neighbor of Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) reported that he had been the victim of the theft of a large number of valuables, such as jewelry, watches, cash, two high-end mobile phones and diverse textile material from prestigious brands.The peculiar thing about the case was that in the house no signs of violence or forcing were detected at the access points to the property, so the victim, who had already filed a complaint with the Mossos d'Esquadra, moved from his home to Cieza because one of the stolen mobile terminals was emitting signals from the urban area of ??the town.The meticulous analysis of the data provided by the mobile terminal carried out by the Civil Guards made it possible to locate the exact address where the stolen phone was supposedly located.Finally, after identifying and locating the person who had the stolen phone in their possession, the agents recovered it, although the suspect tried to avoid the police action, through tricks and deception, so as not to hand over it.The exhaustive analysis of the data obtained during the investigation made it possible to find out that the man now detained was the son of the domestic employee whom the complainant had hired at his home for approximately a decade.Apparently, the arrested person used his mother's job to gain access to the house with false keys (copy), not knowing so far the number of occasions that he has allegedly accessed the home to steal valuables.After the arrest, as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of theft, and with prior judicial authorization, the Civil Guard has carried out the entry and search of the residence of the arrested person, where more objects have been stolen from the complainant, such as telephone material and material textile.The operation continues to be open to verify whether the now detainee, through the use of the stolen mobile terminal, has accessed the complainant's personal information and has used it illicitly, continuing with the investigation, in addition, in order to recover more stolen objects.The detainee, the objects recovered and the proceedings carried out have been made available to the Investigating Court of Cieza (Murcia).
