The Department of Employment and Economic Development reports the signing of an agreement between the City Council of Cieza and the Health and Community Foundation for support in their social and employment programs.
This concert will strengthen the social stability, employability and labor inclusion of families with a high level of vulnerability, many of them being in a situation of social rent.The objective of this Foundation through its various projects is to favor the socio-labor insertion of its participants through the support, promotion and development of people at risk of exclusion working with them, from individualized support and accompaniment, who They can improve their situation both from the social and labor point of view.The actions of this agreement mainly comprise personalized itineraries based on the individual needs of each participant, motivating the person for change and promoting participation in their own social and labor insertion process.The employment program also includes strengthening ties with the local business fabric in order to detect job opportunities and offer a pool of suitable workers for each of the offers that, together with the Department of Employment and Economic Development, have been detected.This municipal area intends to strengthen with this agreement the fight against unemployment and social exclusion in the municipality, since its objective is to improve the employability of those families that are in social rent.Those interested can expand information on the programs that the Health and Community Foundation develops in collaboration with the Department of Employment in the INFOEM building, located on the Camino de Murcia s / n.
