"A long road in which the owners, after their refusal to clean the place, have not been collaborators at all, so it has not been possible to solve the problem before, with the consequent damage to the population as it is a central place ", has specified the councilman.Likewise, the councilor explained that "a private company had to be hired, after requesting three budgets from as many merchants in Cieza, in order to be able to claim from the owners of the site the 2,000 euros that the cleaning operation cost ".Also, the mayor has reported that, after a verbal request made in the month of July, some owners of private plots proceeded civically to clean them; However, some thirty of them, located in different streets of the urban area and Ascoy, had to initiate an administrative file by sending them a written communication in which they were asked to proceed "to clean and remove waste or dumps from their property , having to ensure the maintenance of the same once carried out, having a period of 15 days to do so, after it has elapsed without taking any action, this council will initiate a file of order of execution ".After the refusal of some owners of plots to carry out the cleaning work, the City Council initiated a file to require their owners to clean up by subsidiary execution, this is the case of the Apple of the Crocodile, a process that is long to guarantee the defense of the affected owners, for which it requires successive notifications, deadlines for allegations and, finally, judicial authorization, as well as the hiring of external companies to ultimately proceed with the cleaning.Finally, Saorín has highlighted the collaboration and good civic behavior of some owners who, either on their own or after a phone call, have quickly proceeded to clear the undergrowth from the lots.
