Recently, the resolution of the Directorate of Territorial Policy and Public Function of the Government of Spain has been published, in which reference is made to the amounts paid as compensation by DANA, as well as to its recipients.From the PSOE of Cieza it is considered positive that the Government of Spain continues to fulfill its commitments, and of the face in matters as important as these.Thus, the Region of Murcia will receive a total of 15 million euros, which shows with realities and facts the support that this Region receives from the Central Administration.As regards Cieza, it is noteworthy that 140,000 E have already been paid, therefore most of what was granted, with the rest coming in the coming months.It must be remembered that DANA arrived in September 2019, and destroyed numerous public roads, public roads and also affected many buildings of the Local Administration, all this meant an extraordinary expense to the municipal coffers, which had to face numerous investments in the last quarter of 2019, when in addition the budget is usually already exhausted.
To the efficient management carried out by the Local Administration, attending to the damages and processing the files requesting financing, there is also the good management of the Central Administration, not leaving the towns stranded and providing a very important part of the financing.
