The PSOE of Cieza has sent a press release in which it assures that the PGE for 2021 represents a rise of at least 0.9% for all pensioners.
It should be noted that Congress has approved by a large majority the report on the Evaluation and Reform of the Toledo Pact, which will allow us to adopt measures that ensure the future of our pensions. For the socialists of Cieza, it is remarkable that such broad agreements are produced in these moments of difficulties and pandemic, which would also be desirable to happen when approving the Budgets, whose first process already resulted in 198 votes in favor of continuation of the draft Law PGE 2021. There is no doubt that the Government of Spain is complying with pensioners, whose pensions have been revalued year after year. For all these reasons, we ask the rest of the political forces, in these moments of difficulties, and in which important European funds are pending, to look out for the general interest, to support the budgets that are necessary to fight the pandemic.
To vote against the budgets is to vote against raising pensions, against the general interest and against funds from Europe.
