The Municipal Plenary of Cieza has definitively approved this Wednesday a modification in the IBI Ordinance which will include an optional bonus contemplated in Royal Decree 2/2004 in its article 74.

People who are tenants of premises used by these entities may also be added to this tax advantage, as long as they have a contract with the rights settled in the year prior to the request, at least, and in the aforementioned contract reflects that it is the lessee who pays the IBI to the lessor. On the other hand, it is established that the bonus will be for 3 years from the granting thereof.

All applicants must be up to date regarding tax obligations with the City Council.
