Saor n has specified that it is "a broad panorama of companies among which are those that provide essential supplies such as water, gas or electricity, but also other more specific ones such as financial, insurance, postal, transport, health, sanitation or waste ". Likewise, the mayor stressed that, in addition, "the rest of the companies must always have a fixed mobile phone number for customer service." Saor n recalled that from Alberto Garz n's department "they understood that it was necessary to end these numbers as abusive, but also because they were a barrier to lower incomes." The Councilor for Consumption of the City Council of Cieza has asserted that it is a measure that he considers to be of "social justice" and that it follows in the wake of the ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union that in 2017 declared these services illegal when interpreting they should not exceed the price of a standard call.
