The Councilor for Infrastructure, Works and Services of the City Council of Cieza, Francisco Saor n, informs of the next investment of 128,735.01 euros in replacement of roads, sidewalks and accessibility, 21,264.99 on the road from Ascoy and 11,651.62 on the access road to Los Casones. During the last legislature, the Council of Infrastructure, Works and Services of the City Council of Cieza, led by Francisco Saor n, began a path, which continues in this, of intervention in all the neighborhoods of the city, with important performances in Barrio Jover, Plaza de Zarandona and Camino de la Fuente, Santa Clara, Camino de Alicante, Old Town, Paseo and Esquina del Convento and San José Obrero. In addition, with EDUSI funds, the coverage of the third section of the Rambla de El Realejo between the Camino de Murcia and Avenida de Abar n is practically completed. Regarding the forecasts for 2021, the Councilor for Infrastructures and Works has announced that in this first quarter actions will begin on public roads and highways for an amount of 160,000 euros.

Specifically, 128,735.01 euros will be invested in replacement of roads, sidewalks and accessibility, 21,264.99 on the Ascoy road; and 11,651.62 on the access road to Los Casones. Saor n has detailed that, in the urban area of ??the city, the pavement of the Gran V a sidewalk, phase II, will be replaced, with an amount of 44,044.58 euros, financed by the actions initially with own resources.

Likewise, the replacement of sidewalks will be carried out in Duque de Rivas and Carlos V streets, with a base budget for the project bidding of 24,671.46 euros, also being financed initially with own resources. Also, does the mayor break down- it is contemplated in reinforcing the firm in the streets Escultor Jos Planes, Luis Braille and Anita Nadal, with a base budget for the bidding of the project is 41,928.63 euros, the actions being initially financed with own resources, and the improvement of accessibility in Cuesta del Chorrillo to adapt it to the accessibility conditions required by current regulations, in this case with a base bid budget of 3,799.99 euros, initially financed with own resources. On the other hand, Ascoy will also be the subject of several actions consisting of the replacement of the access road to the Residencial Fuente Ascoy through Calle Jard n, with repair works on its firm for the damage caused by the DANA of September 2019, with a budget of 11,262.35 euros, and the replacement of the carriageway of the Ascoy cart with an investment of 20,659.99 euros. Finally, the access road to Los Casones from the N-301 road will be replaced, a work that has a cost of 11,167.62 euros. Finally, Saor n has highlighted that these new actions could be carried out as a result of the budget modification carried out at the beginning of November of last year.
