The fiche European program (Future Internet Challenge eHealth) aims to accelerate SMEs and emerging companies across Europe who develop innovative applications in the healthcare sector.
Fiche is led by the University of Oulu, a world of research in eHealth, which coordinates a consortium of companies from the Netherlands, Finland and Spain, among which is the Murcia Health Service, with FFIS and TICBioMed (Finland) .
The Spanish initiative fiche is that proposed by the company MySphera, a system of real-time location of patients and hospital equipment.
It is a tool that shows the display of all processes in the hospital, so that managers can optimize workflows and internal procedures.
Patient identification, which can be done with a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, eliminating possible errors in identification and clinical safety guarantees.
