Councillor bouquet, Nerea Martínez, announced in a press release that will meet soon with neighboring area Ascoy and those of The Age and the San Joaquin.
The Department of Citizenship projects new meetings with citizens of the town of Cieza and it has scheduled meetings with the residents of Ascoy, Thursday Feb. 18, at 20 am, at the premises of 'La Casica', and Tuesday February 23, also at 20 hours, with the residents of San Joaquin and La Era in Siyâsa Museum.
Martinez welcomes the meetings held to date, "have as many residents and associations involved have been resolved many doubts and have passed in a very close and friendly atmosphere and have collected many suggestions, most of them type town".
"The purpose of these meetings," recalls edila, "it is to promote citizen participation in public life and encourage neighborly relations, which has so far been absent in our municipality."
In this sense, Nerea Martínez states that "the Rules for Participation is now published in the BORM and in a few days will be in effect, and from that moment and citizens can use the tools that this regulation provides for increased participation in public affairs".
Finally, with reference to the processes of citizen participation included in the Regulations, the Department of Citizen Participation and Neighborhood Relations take the necessary measures to publicize and promote new opportunities for participation and will be available to all groups and individuals to provide information and advice needed in the development of citizen initiatives.
In this regard, it recalls the edila that "neighbors and associations shall present initiatives in full, file requests and questions, hold public hearings, complaints, claims and suggestions, make use of the local popular initiative and request local referendums".
