The National Cyber ​​Security Institute (INCIBE) under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism entity, held in the Murcian town of Cieza a day of cybersecurity for teachers.
The conference, to be held at the IES Los Albares (located in the village of Morcillo Street, s / n), will start at four in the afternoon.
This training activity is part of the third edition of the Days 'Cybersecurity Spaces' it promotes INCIBE and aimed to train young cybersecurity and help guide your career.
This time as a novelty, a number of lectures to be taught they will target all those teachers, in their final year of secondary teaching (Secondary Education and Vocational Training) interested in introducing their students to the world of cybersecurity.
From INCIBE it is recalled that currently there are not enough cybersecurity professionals to meet existing demand and, according to the Annual Report 2014 Security Cisco, the worldwide figure would be around one million vacancies.
With this conference it is to train teachers of FP and Bachelor so they can promote cybersecurity talent among their students and help create future professionals in the field.
Teachers interested in participating in this conference will have to meet three essential requirements: providing a subject related to new technologies, have sufficient knowledge in this discipline and interest in cybersecurity teach their students.
The conference, completely free, will last approximately five hours each.
Participants will receive material support and a dossier with additional information necessary for autonomous teaching of this discipline, together with the description of the materials to execute the practical cases.
Upon completion, they will be awarded a diploma of participation.
