Background
When the legislature begins in June 2015, the Department of Public Health is the existence of an agreement with a Humane Society to manage the collection of abandoned animals.
For several months, the Department numerous complaints from neighbors, veterinarians, animal associations and other protective on the quality of service provided by this protection are received.
Lacking tools to assess the veracity of the facts, since they had not conducted inspections or control record books, or parts of veterinarian or other determinants, the City of Cieza decide to make a public contest in which also they can occur protective, including the current one, but with a list of updated terms, with the goal of zero sacrifice, with the intention that all residents and stakeholders knew that statement and could make close monitoring of compliance.
