The Department of Citizenship, invites all groups and citizens to come and join the powerplant constitution will lay the foundation of participatory budgeting for next year.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday October 25 at 19:30 in the library of IES Diego Tortosa.
The powerplant is the body responsible for designing the autorreglamento the Participatory Budgeting process, ie, the "rules of the game" through which will develop the whole process.
Its membership is open to different associations and industry representatives, along with citizens who do not belong to any organization to co-design the process seeking the common good.
The citizens are the protagonists of participatory budgeting process, so that falls on them visibility and power to make decisions.
From City of Cieza we will only facilitate the process for coordination, collaboration and decision making are tight and within the usual strength of these processes and margins.
Therefore, from the Department of Citizenship we invite and hope that its composition is as varied and plural possible to get make budgets that are as plurals and possible consensus.
The exact amount of that budget next year 2017 will be detailed earlier this week will be equipped.
