The group of individual citizens and members of groups that are voluntarily collaborating in the design and revitalization process, meets for the third time to finish shaping and defining the rules of the process.
Monday, at 19.30 pm in the Library of IES Diego Tortosa, the third meeting of participatory budgets engine group will take place.
At the last meeting last Thursday, and aspects of who they remembered and what are the requirements for participants in the process in its different phases (presentation and voting on proposals, medium and maximum number of proposals to be submitted by participant) the how to organize the assemblies in which they are presented and discussed previously collected proposals, which will ultimately be thematic and will take place in the last week of November and early December.
In the afternoon, they will discuss and agree on the remaining issues, particularly those relating to the prioritization and voting on proposals and phase monitoring and evaluation of the whole process, all aspects which will be reflected in the autorreglamento that will be announced shortly.
The Department of Participation reports that it has opened a space called 'Cieza participates' in the website of the City where it will go including updated process stages and where the minutes of the meetings held so far available, information as in the facebook of the Department of Participation.
The Minister of Citizenship, Nerea Martinez, encourages neighbors Cieza to attend, in principle, is scheduled to be the last meeting powerplant to regulate the process, this afternoon at 19.30 at the Library of IES Diego Tortosa .
