The City Council of Cieza reports that the Department of Human Resources of the Consistory, led by the councilor María Jesús López, has opened a public process to create an employment exchange, through which will be made the hiring of staff of trades for substitutions or Possible reinforcement of the workforce by accumulation of tasks.
In the job of "Officers of Multiple Offices" can participate any citizen over 16 years who meets the requirements established in the bases, published on the municipal website (www.cieza.es) in the section of Public Employment and in the Bulletin board of the City Hall.
The deadline for the submission of applications is open from November 10 to November 24 and can be presented at the General Registry of the City of Cieza.
Once the deadline for submitting applications is closed, the list of admitted will be published, establishing a deadline for correcting incidents.
After the publication of the final list of candidates who meet the requirements demanded by the bases, the corresponding selection process will be carried out, which will consist of a theoretical test, a practical test and a merit contest.
When the three tests have been quantified, the City Council will formally form the job board.

The Councilor responsible for personnel, has stated that this procedure is the best tool to ensure transparency and equal opportunities for all in the selection process.
Likewise, the councilor reports that after this selection, it is planned to call other labor markets for the different municipal areas.
