The Disability Commission and the Municipal Volunteer Office report on the commemorative schedule for international disability and volunteer days.
On the occasion of the celebration of the International Day of Disability and Volunteering, the Disability Commission together with the Municipal Volunteering Office will carry out a series of commemorative actions in the municipality of Cieza.
For Friday, December 2, it is planned to carry out the 7th Solidarity Walk under the motto 'Let the disability not stop you'.
Departing from the Plaza de España at 11:00 a.m., taking a walking tour of the main streets of the municipality.
At the end of the same, a manifesto will be read by one of the participants of the walk and the award will be presented to the Volunteer of the Year 2016.
From 12 in the morning, a meeting of associations of the municipality that work with volunteer and disabled will take place in the Plaza of Spain, with a display of stands where they will disseminate the activities they have been carrying out and will carry out play-and-educational workshops ( With open participation to all interested children and all attendees).
On December 19, students from the Special Education School 'El Buen Pastor' and users of the ASCOPAS Occupational Center will perform the play 'Musical Disney' at the Capitol Theater, at 5 pm, with free entry to Fill capacity.
