The constituent meeting will be held next Tuesday, March 21, at 7:00 pm, on the third floor of the Padre Salmerón Library, and all those interested in improving the process can attend.
The evaluation phase is the last phase, which closes the process of Participatory Budgets 2017. This meeting will summarize this first experience of participatory budgets in the municipality of Cieza, evaluate the process and pick suggestions for improvement for the Experiences.
Likewise, the monitoring of the projects prioritized by the citizenship will be realized and the annual calendar will be established for the next process of participative budgets.
The Evaluation and Monitoring Committee is a representative body whose creation is included in the 2017 Self-Regulation of Participatory Budgets. It establishes that it will be composed of voluntary components of the Motor Group, the Participative Budget Panel and municipal technicians of the different Areas.
From the Department of Citizen Participation is invited to participate the proponents of the proposals prioritized, any person involved in the process that is interested and the municipal political groups.
