The Department of New Technologies, through its owner Miguel Gual, announces that next October 2 will be an informative talk on 'Electronic relationship between associations and public administration' at 20.00 hours.
The aim of this training action is, according to Gual, "to address in a clear and simple way the relationship between associations and administration, which from October 2 must be electronic."
In the aforementioned information talk, given by the technician of the Tax Agency Jesus Saorín Piñera, will be a practical way to adapt to the new Law 39/2015, of October 1, Common Administrative Procedure, "in a simple way and avoid the sanctions that may result from failure to do so. "
The Councilor for New Technologies focuses on the importance of the steps to be taken by the associations and start with obtaining a digital certificate to sign electronically, processes that, in his words, "will be explained in a practical and clear way."
The conference is part of the dissemination plan being carried out by the City of Cieza to inform all local groups about the new obligations affecting companies, associations, foundations and communities of owners.
This approach of the administration to the aforementioned collectives "will allow any citizen to be able to process any documentation from his home, without having to go to the register of the City of Cieza."
