The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operation 'ANTIFAZ', has developed an investigation aimed at clarifying a crime of exhibitionism to minors in Cieza, which has culminated in the arrest and subsequent bringing to court of their alleged Author.
Agents specialized in prevention of public safety of the Benemérita initiated the operation following a complaint in which it became known that a person totally naked and with the face covered with a ski mask had made several obscene gestures before minors.
The first investigations allowed to find out that the acts were carried out in the building where the alleged author resided as in the vicinity of the building, in the public thoroughfare.
As for the modus operandi, the suspect used to carry out this type of events during the weekends, in the time period between one and five in the morning.
In these apparitions he made obscene gestures, touches of his genitals and ejaculations both in the portal of his building and inside.
When he was surprised by other citizens took advantage of the perfect knowledge of the building to flee using the stairs that gave access to the parking of the property.
In a second phase of the operation several demonstrations were taken to citizens who had witnessed the actions of the exhibitionist and reported that it was a person wandering totally naked and covering his face with a ski mask, so that when they noticed his presence were frightened, coming to feel real panic.
Several minors have been affected in these events.
Apparently the intention of the now arrested was to sexually provoke the victims and seek their own sexual excitement through the display of their genitals and other obscene acts.
Once identified the suspect, the Civil Guard has made his arrest and subsequent prosecution as alleged perpetrator of a crime against freedom and sexual indemnity, specifically an offense of obscene display to minors or incapable.
The 30-year-old Spanish detainee and resident of Cieza, along with the investigations, has been placed at the disposal of the Court of Instruction of Cieza (Murcia).
