A person has been arrested on suspicion of two counts of burglary in farm and crime simulation

The prisoner, being surprised by the Guardia Civil on the run, left the van and reported it as stolen

The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, in the context of services provided within the "Plan against theft on farms and livestock," proceeded on the morning of Wednesday, day 01, the arrest of a person presumed burglary offense in two farms in Cieza.

The quick action of the Civil Guard foiled the robbery, making recovery all plant protection products and fertilizers on farms stolen, also stopped by accusing the crime of criminal simulation, by filing false report for the theft of the van used in fact.

This action is framed within the services of the Plan against theft on farms and livestock "that the Guardia Civil de Murcia has enabled the detection and eradication of thefts and robberies committed against these facilities.

In the early hours of last weekend, and while serving preventive monitoring in areas vulnerable to suffer this type of crime in the suburbs of Cieza, the Civil Guard officers spotted the wee hours of the morning a truck traveling at high speed and apparently with a high burden on the inside.

The result of investigations, the Civil Guard has noted the involvement of the owner of the van in the commission of robberies carried out during the morning of Wednesday, April 01, his arrest and remand in custody as the alleged perpetrator crimes of burglary in two farms and crime simulation for filing false report.

As part of this police action has proceeded to the arrest of a person suspected of a continuing offense of burglary and crime simulation, identified as:

- Moroccan, 41 years old and living in Murcia.

The detainee has a history of committing criminal acts before.

Effects recovered:

This performance has enabled us to recover all the stolen effects in the two robberies on farms:

30 bags that shed 750 kilos of pesticides, fertilizers.

Tools used in the commission of robberies.

All the effects stolen and subsequently recovered by the Civil Guard after being brought to justice have been returned to their rightful owners.
