The dream of the Youth Association Youth Cultural Brethren of Cieza advancing steadily toward the final consecration of the project in Lent 2012.
This Friday there was an exhibition and a benefit concert for the conduct of the owner of the collective image and the founding of the Brotherhood Youth, the evening featured the selfless intervention of more than 50 dancers of the Association of Abarán Fitness and Sport musical performance by the promising young ciezana Antonio Jose Rojas Muñoz.
The project to develop the image of Holy Mary, Queen and Mother of Mercy, is in the hands of the sculptor Juan Faura Abellán Molina Carrillo and Jesus Dimas, the last disciple of the Murcian sculptor Sánchez Lozano.
The president of this group of youth, Martínez-Tenorio Iban Guardiola, showed his gratitude publicly this week, because, in his first year in office, has brought forward one of its most important projects thanks to the generosity and deep love for the Blessed Virgin Mary to the town of Cieza processes.
The commissioned sculpture is an image that will dress size and is being carved in cedar wood and pine.
